  • All pricing is excluding GST.
  • Packages are customised to the support you require.
  • All packages include weekly phone line rental for local numbers., 1300/1800 numbers incur an additional charge
  • Any unused hours can be rolled into the following week.
  • Invoices are sent weekly in advance on Thursday for the upcoming week.
  • All options incur a one-time $250 + GST onboarding fee, invoiced upon commencement.
  • After Hours Support: $90 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments for package clients.
  • Adhoc Support: $90 per hour (or $1.50 per minute), billed in 15- minute increments, plus a $15 + GST weekly fee for phone after the first month (first month payable on commencement)

Calls to your business are routed through our system, and our trained professionals handle them just as if they were part of your in-house team.
